<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building shutter device capable of winding a shutter curtain constituted by connecting a plurality of slats in a series around a winding drum and unwinding it from the winding drum, preventing the occurrence of noise, and protecting a member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This building shutter device is provided with a slat guide 7 positioned between a drum member D being the winding drum 3 or the shutter curtain 1 wound already around the winding drum 3 and the shutter curtain 1 extended from the winding drum 3 or the drum member D and being provided through a displacing means being displaced by following changes of a winding diameter of the drum member D.
