<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an extruding die by which the die is manufactured easier than by a conventional method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the extruding die, a shape corresponding to an extruded material is formed by applying working including at least cutting work to a primary heat-treated material to which the first heat treatment is applied. This material is taken as a primary heat-treated die and, after extruding the extruded material with this primary heat-treated die, a secondary heat-treated die hardness of which is higher than that of the primary heat-treated die is made by applying the second heat treatment.
