PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a shaft at a diagonally upper part to enable rotation of an engine even when the engine of about two horsepower is loaded, and at this time, to inhibit that a movable part become hard to move due to rust as well as to operate the shaft more easily from an inside of a ship. SOLUTION: A bracket on a hull side is formed with a long hole in a straight shape or an L-shape and an arch-shaped guide, and an upper part, the diagonally upper part, and a lower part are provided with stoppers a, b, c cut in toward the inside. The bracket and the base end of the shaft 10 are rockably integrated via two of rocking shaft 7 and a guide shaft 8 secured via an insertion through a rocking shaft hole and a guide shaft hole of the shaft 10, and the guide shaft 8 is hooked on each of the stoppers a, b, c, thereby allowing for restriction of the rocking position of the shaft to the upper part, the diagonally upper part, or the lower part.
