PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image shaking, or the like from occurring in images by axial dislocation during lens zooming. SOLUTION: A camera includes an image forming optical system 2 that guides a subject image to an imaging element 6 and is capable of zooming, shaking detection means 14X, 14Y for detecting camera shaking, a blurring correction member 151 for changing the relative position of the image forming optical system 2 to the imaging element 6 in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis, based on the shaking detected by the shaking detection means 14X, 14Y to correct image blurring on the imaging element 6, a position detection means 20 for detecting a zooming position of the image forming optical system 2, and a correction control means 7 for correcting the amount of axial dislocation in the image forming optical system 2 corresponding to the zooming position detected by the position detection means 20 by the blurring correction member 151.
