<p>Use of a composition comprising at least one naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound for the production of halogenated elastomers, is claimed, where the naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound is used as at least partially indirectly calcined and/or rehydrated calcium-magnesium carbonate compound after grinding in the form of submicron-scale primary particles of spherical morphology in variable grain size with a degree of whiteness R 457 according to International Organization for Standardization of greater than 80%, preferably greater than 88%. Use of a composition comprising at least one naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound for the production of halogenated elastomers, is claimed, where the naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound is used as at least partially indirectly calcined and/or rehydrated calcium-magnesium carbonate compound after grinding in the form of submicron-scale primary particles of spherical morphology in variable grain size with a degree of whiteness R 457 according to International Organization for Standardization of greater than 80%, preferably greater than 88%, and in variable concentration of 0.1-30 mass%, relative to the elastomer mass, which is mixed to the halogenated elastomer-raw material or its oligomer before and/or during its three-dimensional crosslinking to change its product features. An independent claim is included for preparing halogenated elastomers by the composition, comprising selecting at least one naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound with a calcium-magnesium carbonate portion of at least 95%, preferably at least 98%, grinding the mixture, indirectly, partially and/or completely calcining the naturally occurring calcium-magnesium mixed compound, and mixing the ground calcium-magnesium carbonate compound in the form of a powder, a coated powder and/or a dispersion with the halogenated elastomer-raw material or its oligomer, and subsequently three-dimensional crosslinking.</p> |
