The arrangement has a cartridge (50) arranged between vehicle components (40, 60) e.g. front wheel hub motor and electrical system. Connection lines (51, 52, 53) i.e. electrical high voltage transmission lines, formed in the cartridge are guided into corresponding circuits, where change in diameter of each circuit partially compensates corresponding change in distance, between two connection points of the components, caused during driving of a vehicle. The cartridge is fastened to a lower spring plate (34) of a vibration damper (30) and produces a clamping moment with a spiral spring. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a line arrangement utilized for connecting two vehicle components.
