The system has a heat recovery probe (100) with an external pipe (1) whose one end is formed as a closed probe point (3) and in which an interior pipe (4) is provided. One of ends of the interior pipe is formed as an inlet (10) by which heat transfer liquid i.e. brine, or working medium or refrigerant of a heat pump is directly guided through the interior pipe until into the point. The liquid is returned into an annular gap (9) formed between interior and exterior spaces. The liquid flows back into the gap under admission of heat from an environment of the probe.
