PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which prevents the inside thereof from being exposed when a pasting gap is generated at the time of pasting labels on a battery core and a case. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 is formed by storing the battery core 2, wherein a protective circuit board 4 is arranged on one side face of a battery 3, in the case 8 and by pasting the labels 9 on them. The case 8 is formed by preparing side plate sections 82, 83, 84, and 84 on a bottom plate section 81. Overhanging sections 80a, 80a approximately overhanging in parallel with the bottom plate section 81 so as to connect both end edge sections at an opening side are arranged on a boundary section between the side plate section 83 and the side plate sections 84, 84. An end edge of the overhanging section 80a has a curved shape dented at a boundary side. An interference margin can be made small at the time of inserting the battery core 2 into the case 8 since a corner section of the battery core 2 corresponding to the overhanging section 80a is formed at a shape similar to a shape of the end edge of the overhanging section 80a, and a pasting margin of the label 9 can be made large by the overhanging section 80a.
