<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and easy method for manufacturing a centrifugal compressor that a clearance between a shroud and an impeller is favorably determined in a favorable reproductive manner while securing no existence of radial clearances between the radial vanes of a diffuser and the shroud. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the centrifugal compressor (1). The centrifugal compressor (1) includes the impeller (6), the diffuser (3), and the shroud (4). One of the diffuser (3) and the shroud (4) has a plurality of recessed portions (28), and the other has the plurality of radial vanes (15).
