<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber plug suction feeding device capable of securely holding a rubber plug in a nozzle, pulling it up from a receiving base while sucking it by the nozzle, and delivering it onto the receiving base from the nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: This rubber plug suction feeding device 1 is provided with the rubber plug suction nozzle 2 for sucking a small diameter part of the rubber plug 4 having the small diameter part 6, a large diameter part 5, and a hole part 7 at the center and the rubber plug receiving bases 3, 3' for receiving or delivering the large diameter part of the rubber plug by the rubber plug suction nozzle. The rubber plug suction nozzle is provided with a bottomed circular storage hole 9 storing the small diameter part, a plurality of small holes 8 arranged around the storage hole, opened by opposing to an end face 5a being continuous with the small diameter part in the large diameter part, and having openings 8a communicating with the inside of the storage hole, and a suction hole 13 communicating openings 8b on the other end side of a plurality of small holes. The rubber plug receiving base is provided with a circular receiving groove 16 storing the large diameter part and an air discharge hole 17 provided by communicating with the receiving groove, the hole part 7 of the rubber plug, and the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
