<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a measuring and pouring function capable of easily measuring the content just by holding the container by one hand and inclining the container without opening a cap upon pouring of the powdery content into a target (laundry tub, bathtub, cup, etc.) and capable of quickly pouring the content thereinto without touching the content and spilling the content to the vicinity. <P>SOLUTION: A dome-shaped cap is provided with a measuring part using a transparent material. Scale marks are arbitrarily provided on a wall surface thereof based on a reference point. A circular-arc top plate is provided with a pouring opening, and a top part of an irregular circular-cone-like or pyramidal dividing part is provided with an injection opening. A slide cover is provided to function both as an outer cover for opening/closing the pouring opening and an inner cover for opening/closing the injection opening by using a circular-arc slide plate fitting a ceiling part. A hollow cylindrical body or a rectangular-column container is integrated as a body.
