摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal type infrared detection element which suppresses a negative feedback effect caused by wiring resistance and is excellent in low noise and temperature sensitivity characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal type infrared detection element includes: a pixel diode 101; a voltage setting circuit 3000 for setting both-end voltages of the pixel diode; a current reading circuit 1104 for reading the current of the pixel diode; a reference diode 901; a reference voltage setting circuit 4007 for setting both-end voltages of the reference diode; and a reference current reading circuit 4008 for reading the current of the reference diode. The voltage setting circuit has a resistive element in which the output terminal of the voltage setting circuit is connected to one end of the resistive element. The current reading circuit reads a differential current between the current of the pixel diode and the current flowing to the resistive element. The reference voltage setting circuit supplies the current of the reference diode to the reference current reading circuit, and the output of the reference current reading circuit is connected to the other end of the resistive element in the voltage setting circuit through a buffer circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
