PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a content display control system capable of effectively feedbacking content voting results to a content provider; a content display control method; and a content display control program.

SOLUTION: The content display control system includes: a voting management part 1 which stores the score obtained by voting the contents displayed on a screen in a content information storage part; and a display control part 3 which determines the display form for the contents based on the score stored in a voting information storage part 2. The voting management part 1 stores the excess score as a difference between the stored score and a set upper limit value in the voting information storage part 2.
