<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reusing the strained lees of wine as a food additive rather than industrial wastes, in view of the fact that, conventionally, strained lees of wine have only been considered to be disposed of as one of industrial wastes, most of them have been used as composts, or a slight amount thereof has been used in brandy. <P>SOLUTION: The method for reusing the strained lees of wine comprises as follows. The strained lees of wine having been treated as industrial wastes are freeze-stored once; and as needed, are sun-dried or mechanically dried and then stored; as needed, the resultant strained lees of wine are made into powder; wherein when made into powder, the size of the particles is finished into powder corresponding to sectors to be used thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
