<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for a color filter of an inkjet system which is suitably used for manufacture of the color filter having an excellent contrast ratio and excellent luminosity and durability, and the color filter, and to provide an image display device provided with the color filter, and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for the color filter contains a coloring agent, a liquid medium in which the coloring agent is dissolved and/or dispersed, a urethane acrylate and a polymer M represented by formula (17).
