摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve forming efficiency of an insulation band by allowing irradiation dot arrays during laser machining to be overlapped to form staggered arrays. <P>SOLUTION: Laser light is reciprocally scanned in a width direction of a removal machining part Z and irradiation dot rows of n rows are formed while overlapping irradiation dots D. Center positions of irradiation dots of a (m+1)th irradiation dot row are moved with a half of a dot pitch (P) in an irradiation dot row direction from center positions of irradiation dots of a m-th irradiation dot row that is an irradiation dot row formed before it. An interval between a straight line linking the center positions of the irradiation dots of the m-th irradiation dot row and a straight line linking the center positions of the irradiation dots of the (m+1)th irradiation dot row is made√3/2 times of the dot pitch. The m-th irradiation dot row and the (m+1)th irradiation dot row are overlapped with each other and the formations of the irradiation dot rows are sequentially repeated in a direction orthogonal to the width direction of the removal machining part so that an insulation band is formed at an end of a solar battery panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
