<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED device having reduced heat loss of an LED driving circuit due to fluctuation in the forward voltage caused by an installation environment temperature of the LED device used in an video display apparatus, such as, a large-sized screen. <P>SOLUTION: The LED device 100 includes a plurality of LED elements 1, provided in vertical and horizontal lines in a matrix form and includes a voltage detection circuit 5 for detecting the voltage applied to a drive circuit 3 for driving the LED elements 1 and outputting a signal, to control the output voltage of a power source 6 at a predetermined value so that the voltage across the driving circuit 3 is constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
