<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric that has good touch to the skin possessed by a natural fiber combined with good lathering and good lather retention of a chemical fiber, easy drying properties of a chemical fiber and durability of a chemical fiber and not only can be suitably used as a cleaning tool such as a body wash towel or the like but also can easily be produced and reduce the production cost. <P>SOLUTION: The knitted fabric is composed of a face fabric 10 produced by knitting a natural fiber in a mesh form and a back fabric 20 produced by knitting a natural fiber or a chemical fiber and has a double-layer structure in which the face fabric 10 and the back fabric 20 are formed integral with each other by connecting the face fabric 10 and the back fabric 20 at least at a predetermined portion in the edges of the face fabric 10 and the back fabric 20 by a connecting yarn 30. The knitted fabric is produced such that a plurality of piles P1 standing up from the side of the back fabric 20 toward the side of the face fabric 10 are formed in the spacing between the face fabric 10 and the back fabric 20 by knitting a pile yarn 40 composed of a chemical fiber only on the back fabric 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
