PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out maintenance work on a target support tool without affecting other support tools except the target support tool.

SOLUTION: A reception part 11 receives a maintenance request for a support tool of a medical service. An acquisition part 12 acquires a utilization schedule of the support tools to be affected by the operation of maintenance work relating to the received maintenance request. By referring to the utilization schedule acquired by the acquisition part 12, a scheduling part 13 schedules the maintenance work in a time zone when the support tools are not used.
