PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure circuit structure of a transmission, simplifying a fluid pressure circuit connected with a motor pump mounted to a transmission case and improving the performance of protecting the fluid pressure circuit from scattering objects and the like. SOLUTION: The fluid pressure circuit structure of a transmission is equipped with: a mechanical pump OP1 which takes in oil through a case intake path 400 formed from the main valve side to the transmission case and discharges the oil through a case discharge path 600 formed in the mission case to the main valve side; a motor pump OP2 provided in the lower portion of the outer surface of the mission case; and a sub valve 300 branched from the case intake path 400 to have a sub intake path 500 extending in the vehicle width direction toward the outer surface of the mission case 100 to which the motor pump OP2 is mounted, and a sub discharge path 700 extending from the motor pump OP2 side in the vehicle width direction to join the case discharge path 600.
