PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic basic product having simple constitution and capable of using easily a property thereof. SOLUTION: This plastic basic product is constituted to partition a prescribed section into a plurality of areas including at least the first area P1 and the second area P2 contacting each other on a boundary face, the first area P1 is formed of the first material made of a thermoplastic resin composition, the second area P2 is formed of the second material jelly-like at an ambient temperature and containing a thermoplastic resin as one main component, and the first material and the second material are bonded on the boundary face W between the first area P1 and the second area P2.
