<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly output the voice of a word in an information display control unit with a voice function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a word "obtain" in the explanation information of a keyword "get" is selected by the cursor operation of a user, the word "obtain" is reversely displayed. Then, when a translation/determination key is depressed by the user, the word "obtain" is determined as a voice output word, and voice output dictionary determination processing is executed, and a dictionary including the voice data of the voice output word "obtain" is determined as a voice output dictionary. When the voice output dictionary is determined, the speaker icon is displayed by the determined voice output dictionary, and when the translation/determination key is depressed by the user, the voice of the voice output word "obtain" is output on the basis of the built-in voice of the voice output dictionary, and a window including the dictionary name "CC English/Japanese" of the voice output dictionary and the voice output word "obtain" and an utterance symbol P24 and the voice output icon is displayed in a prescribed time.
