<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device which has little variations in brightness among the pixels even if rate of reflection of light of a reflecting layer is deteriorated in the manufacturing process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device 100 is provided with a substrate 20, a pixel 2 which is arranged on the substrate 20 and emits any of light of three different wavelength, a first reflecting layer 42 and a second reflecting layer 44 installed corresponding to the pixel 2, pixel electrodes 23b, 25a which are arranged on the first reflecting layer 42 and the second reflecting layer 44, an organic functional layer 30 which is arranged on the pixel electrodes 23b, 25a and includes a luminous layer 34, and a negative electrode 38 which is arranged on the organic functional layer 30. The first reflecting layer 42 consists of a first metal material, and a second reflecting layer 44 consists of a second metal material having a higher resistance against a pattern processing than the first metal material.
