<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt tightening device capable of generating a strong axial force of a bolt without changing a coefficient of the friction itself of a thread face. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sun gear 130 oscillates on its diameter by using the center of the rotation of an outer ring gear as the center of oscillation while rotating by itself. A socket wrench 150 can give rotation torque while giving vibration (lateral load F) to a head 12 of the bolt in the radial direction (parallel with a seat face 13A of the bolt) crossing the rotary axis L orthogonally when tightening the bolt 10 by the movement of the sun gear 130.
