<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regulating liquid properties of a reducing hydrogen solution, in which the values of a dissolved-hydrogen amount, oxidation-reduction potential and pH can be optionally regulated in wide ranges when producing the reducing hydrogen solution with hydrogen dissolved in an aqueous solution by dispersing microbubbles of the hydrogen. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By incorporating an acid, base, or salt into the aqueous solution, the liquid properties of the reducing hydrogen solution comprising the dissolved-hydrogen amount, the oxidation-reduction potential and the pH are regulated.
