<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that though snore and apnea may not only affect health of a person and also people around the person but also cause a serious traffic accident and this is a serious social issue, no treatment method by medications or the like exists and holding a posture lying on his/her side using a back pillow may help the person avoid snore or apnea, but a conventional back pillow has a defect that the back pillow secedes from the back as turning over is repeated and it is difficult for a user to adjust height and hardness of the pillow and the pillow lacks shape stability and poor in fitting performance on to the body of the user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air pillow which is rich in stability and is easily adjustable in hardness and height is adopted and "an anchor pillow to moor a ship" which works as an anchor is also detachably connected to the belly side for preventing the back pillow from separating. Thus the back pillow is prevented from separating and stabilized to regulate the turning over by holding the lying-on-side posture to avoid a snore and apnea as a result.
