PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of preventing a soil-covered wheel and the soil in front of the soil-covered wheel from getting wet by water for irrigation dripping from a seedling tray. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is configured so that cell molded seedlings are sequentially held and taken out by a seedling-picking tine from the seedling-pots of the seedling tray and transferred into a transplanting body thereby transplanting the cell molded seedlings into a field with the transplanting body, and transplanting field parts are covered with the soil by means of the soil-covered wheel arranged backward the operation range of the transplanting body. In the seedling transplanter, a dripped water receiving plate is provided between the seedling tray and the soil-covered wheel. In this way, the water dripping from the watered seedling tray placed on a seedling table is received by the dripped water receiving plate provided between the seedling tray and the soil-covered wheel, thereby preventing the soil-covered wheel from getting wet.
