<p>The device (10) has an opened hook closing a rotating wheel (11) equipped with notches (23, 24) for receiving a cord. An anti-return mechanism (25) locks the wheel in a predetermined angular position. The wheel is equipped with an elastic friction point system for automatically positioning one of the notches opposite to an inlet (16) of the hook. The friction point system is formed by a pair of balls (31, 32) interposed between compression springs (33) within a housing (30) of the wheel.</p> |
