Plausibility monitoring system for movement monitoring on an electrical drive device

The method involves generating estimated values (psi e) for a position, a speed and/or an acceleration of an electrical drive device based on measurements of phase current values (i1, i2) in the drive device. The estimated values are equivalently compared with measured values (psi m), which are produced by output signals of a position, speed and/or acceleration sensor (G). The current values in the drive device are supplied with test signals by an injection signal source. The supplied current values are evaluated and/or filtered in a magnet structure of the drive device. An independent claim is also included for a monitoring module comprising a position, speed and/or acceleration sensor.
