<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device in which a degree of light diffusion is suitably chosen and produces excellent decorative effect as a good interior. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting panel 1 includes a light-emitting element 3 of an organic EL element on one side of a strip of substrate 2 made of an elastic material. Both ends of the light-emitting panel 1 in the longer direction have panel supporting members 4 attached along the shorter direction of the panel 1. Each of the panel supporting members 4 is rotatably supported at each end of a pair of frame members 5 at both ends in the shorter direction. The light-emitting panel 1 is curved and supported by the pair of frame members 5 so that a first shape, in which the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting panel is circularly convexed, and a second shape, in which the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting panel is circularly concaved, is chosen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
