The machine has a perforation rows (2) provided with perforation units (3). A blower is utilized for producing pressure difference between an inner area (4) and outer area of a separation drum (1). Application elements are connected with supporting strips (12). The strips are made of spring steel. Openings are arranged in the strips and exhibit a cross section, which is twice larger than that of the perforation units. The application elements are arranged in the openings of the strips and made of plastic material. The application elements comprise the perforation units.
