<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating liquid which can efficiently treat an epoxy resin cured product at a temperature not higher than the temperature normally required for thermal decomposition and is reduced in corrosiveness, and a treating method using the treating liquid thereby to make it easy to reuse the epoxy resin cured product. <P>SOLUTION: The treating liquid for the epoxy resin cured product comprises an epoxy resin decomposition catalyst, an organic solvent and water.
