<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED array for an optical head capable of achieving high speed, miniaturization, low cost, and high precision and facilitating gradation representation in each light emitting section. SOLUTION: There is disclosed the organic light emitting diode array having an organic chemical compound layer 2 provided on an insulation transparent substrate 1 by being nipped with an anode 3 and a cathode 6. A plurality of light emitting sections which can be turned on or off are arranged along a sub-scanning direction Y.
