PURPOSE: A multipurpose heating pad is provided to be used indoors or outdoors by selectively using AC power, DC power, or charging power. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose heating pad(40) includes a heating element(10), a controller(20), and a covering material(30). The covering material surrounds a plurality of divided heating elements. The heating element is comprised of a plurality of divided heating elements. The plurality of divided heating elements is successively operated by the control of the controller. The controller includes a power supply unit, a time controller, a temperature controller, and a central processing unit. The time controller controls the heating time of the heating element. The temperature controller controls the heating temperature of the heating element. The temperature controller controls the temperature of the heating element. A central processor controls the power supply to the heating element according to the time and temperature set by the controller and the temperature controller.
