PURPOSE: A water-soluble conjugated polymer is provided to be used as a material recognizing proteins, to be used for qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing lysozymes due to high selectivity to the lysozymes, and to be applied to a multiplex fluorescent biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble conjugated polymer has a polymerization unit of chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 3, R1 and R2 are an alkyl group having a terminal which is substituted with sulfonate or a tri(C1-C7)alkylammonium salt. In chemical formula 3, Ar is heteroarylen which has a carbon number of 3-12 and one or more hetero atoms and c is a mole fraction. The number average molecular weight(Mn) of the water-soluble conjugated polymer is 3,000-100,000.
