PURPOSE: A power down multi-tap for adaptive over power and stand-by power using plug connection/disconnection detecting unit and master power blocking unit is provided to automatically change stand-by power down standard value by sensing attaching/detaching of electrical device. CONSTITUTION: A master plug connection/disconnection detecting unit(342) checks whether an electric device is attached/detached to/from an outlet of a master multi extension cord. A master power cutting unit(322) cuts power when standby power or over power occurs by control of a master output controller(310). A master power detecting unit(331) measures power inputted through a master power input unit(321) and supplied to the electric device.
