PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing fenofibrate-containing granule is provided to prevent environmental pollution and residual solvent and to stably function in vivo regardless of food intake. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of tablet or capsule contains a granule obtained by spray-drying aqueous suspension liquid containing fenofibrate, suspending agent, bile acid or salt thereof, and aqueous saccharide. The bile acid is ursodeoxycholic acid, taurocholic acid, deoxycholic acid, cholic acid, lithocholic acid, cenode oxycholic acid, error deoxycholic acid, trihydroxy coprostane acid or glycocholic acid. The content of suspending agent is 0.3-3 weight parts based on 1 weight part of fenobrate. The aqueous saccharide is dextrin, glucose, polydextrose, starch, gelatinized starch, corn starch, and potato starch.
