<p>The invention relates to a device for representing letters, numbers or symbols, especially for pricing goods. Said device comprises slide elements that are slidable within a base body. The aim of the invention is to provide a device of said kind that is small and handy and that allows the representation of letters, numbers and symbols without requiring a store of various signs and without having to combine the letters, numbers or symbols that are necessary to give the desired representation in a complicated, jigsaw puzzle-like manner.
