PURPOSE: An electronic display board using stored power is provided to maximize a time for displaying an information message related to emergent situation by applying the stored power to a part of light emitting diode sub modules. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode module(100) includes at least one light emitting diode pixel. A direct current power supply system(200) supplies direct current power. A control system(300) supplies either of control-data or output data to the light emitting diode module. The control-data controls the light emitting diode module. A power storing system(400) stores alternate current power. The power storing system applies the stored power to at least one of the light emitting diode module, the direct current power supply system, and the control system.
