PURPOSE: A timer as learning materials is provided to improve learning will and accomplishment sense which is used for measuring and increasing the skill for a subject. CONSTITUTION: A standard time setup unit(15) displays times which differently are set and also shows an added values of predetermined times through sequential switching. An operation and stopping unit(16) runs a timer and displays time difference between standard times by a second unit, and it stops the timer. A reset unit(17) initializes the timer.
