PURPOSE: A yoga cross mat is provided, which improves convenience by preventing user's body from being separated from a mat even when performing various motions of yoga. CONSTITUTION: A yoga cross mat comprises: a yoga mat which is formed in a cross shape; and a corner part which is completed in the elliptic form. Therefore, a user enables to take a correct yoga posture using one yoga mat. A part of user' body does not direct come in contact with the floor in performing various poses.
