PURPOSE: A driving circuit for controlling the dimming of an electrodeless lamp is provided to control the brightness of the electrodeless lamp by controlling first and second switching elements through a control circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first transformer(T1) transfers the output of first and second switching elements to a resonance circuit(30). One terminal of a primary coil of the first transformer is connected to the connection point between the first and second switching elements. One terminal of a secondary coil of the first transformer is connected to the resonant circuit. A current detection unit detects the current flowing in the primary coil of the first transformer by using a second transformer(T2). A control circuit(100) controls the dimming of the electrodeless lamp by controlling the first and second switching elements.
