PURPOSE: An auxiliary reaction device and a lighting device are provided to increase a light distribution range by differently forming the upper side and the lower side of a reflection sheet. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary reflection device includes a reflection sheet(24) and a fixing unit. The reflection sheet includes the upper side and the lower side. The upper side is formed with a tapered shape. The upper side makes an acute angel of 10 to 60 degrees with the open surface of the lighting device. The lower side is extended to the open surface of the lighting device. A fixing unit is combined with one side of the reflection sheet to maintain the tapered shape of the reflection sheet. The thickness of the reflection sheet is 0.015 to 15 mm.
