PURPOSE: A floating solar energy generating device is provided to make sun light incident to a solar cell module at an optimized angle between solar cell module and sun. CONSTITUTION: A floating solar energy generating device comprises a floating structure(10), a fixed shaft(20), and a contact surface. The floating solar energy generating device is installed in an artificial reservoir(50). The artificial reservoir is composed of a feed line, a drain line, and a water tub. The floating structure has a center hole(11), wherein a solar cell module(100) is positioned. The fixed shaft is fixed to the center of the artificial reservoir.
