PURPOSE: A natural food composition for treating constipation based on patient's constitution is provided to maximize constipation treatment effect by promoting the peristalsis of large intestine and to prevent the generation of side effects. CONSTITUTION: A natural food composition for treating constipation based on patient's constitution comprises 4-56 weight% of psyllium husk powder, 15-35 weight% of cabbage powder, 7-13 weight% of apple powder, 7-13 weight% of barley powder, and 15-35 weight% of peer powder. The natural food composition is capable of treating patients having relatively weak functions of large intestine and bladder.
