PURPOSE: A composite check valve is provided to reduce impact when hydraulic pressure is excessively applied by backward flowing a part of fluid using a plate check valve. CONSTITUTION: A composite check valve comprises a disc(20) and a plate check valve(50). The disc prevents fluid from flowing backward. The plate check valve is installed in the disc and backward flows a part of the fluid when hydraulic pressure is more than elastic force of a spring. The composite check valve is one of a flap check valve, a swing check valve, and a tilting disc check valve.
