PURPOSE: A sanitary napkin is provided, which can rapidly absorb menstrual blood and hold the blood regardless of user's posture. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary napkin comprises: a back sheet(101) equipped with an adhesive member to be attached to the underwear; a top sheet(102) which is fixed to the upper side of the back sheet in order to touch the body surface; an air-laid(104) in which the menstrual blood is absorbed and decentralized between the back sheet and top sheet; an absorber(103) consisting of a sheet; a flap(106) formed in both sides of the middle part of the back sheet; and an air-through layer(110) which induces menstrual blood to be absorbed to the whole layer of the absorber.
