PURPOSE: A system for ARS authentication and call ID payment based on an online network using a VoIP terminal and a software phone and a method thereof are provided to enabling a client to give a call to an ARS server using a VoIP terminal and a software phone, thereby authenticating the client through a call ID and client authentication information. CONSTITUTION: An ARS server checks a call ID and client authentication information and transmits an authentication number to only a client of a registered phone number. A payment authentication server(66) checks the call ID and the client authentication information received from the ARS server. The payment authentication server determines whether to approve a corresponding client. If the client is approved, a web server(62) connects a client to a corresponding CP system. |
