METHOD FOR DESIGNING POWER DIVIDER

PURPOSE: A method for designing a power divider is provided to control the impedance of an output side transformer by changing one of input impedance and resistance of a resistor element. CONSTITUTION: One resistance of a plurality of Y type resistor elements is selected as a parameter(S10). A Y-Δ equivalent transformation using the parameter and power division ratio is produced(S12). An impedance calculation expression using the parameter, the input impedance, and the power division ratio is produced(S14). The resistance value of the plurality of Δ type resistor elements is determined by the Y-Δ equivalent transformation(S20). The impedance of the transformer of each output line is determined by the impedance calculation expression(S22).
