PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving probe pins in a probing device is provided to increase the precision of a test process by accurately measuring the circuit pattern pitch of liquid crystal display glass. CONSTITUTION: A main base plate(10) includes a glass positioning unit to fix a glass fixing stage. A block minute-adjusting unit(20) includes a mobile probe fixing block and finely adjusts the movement of the probe fixing block. A camera transferring unit(40) transfers an alignment camera. A display unit(80) displays the operation of the block minute-adjusting unit and the camera transferring unit.
